Ground Floor Office Block Parking

When parking is at a premium, every available space counts.

The owner of this low-rise office block in downtown Wellington wanted to better control tenants’ precious car parking spaces. So they asked us to install a automatic gate for the building’s ground floor garage. We designed the gate around the constraints of the site, ensuring it would open and close in a way as to maximise the usefulness of the undercover parking area.

Now only card-holders can access the garage, while other users of the building find parking in the open space alongside or on the street.
